Rebecca joins Performance Lab with nearly 20 years’ experience in learning and development, and another seven in organizational change. She’s passionate about discovering opportunities to maximize human potential to deliver customer-centric solutions.
As Managing Director ––, Rebecca’s role is to provide strategic guidance to clients who desire to build a high performance culture. Rebecca received her Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Benedictine University, and she’s also a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
A Hoosier from Washington, Indiana, Rebecca showed sheep for 10 years in 4-H. She believes in a “work hard, play hard” philosophy and often enjoys visiting new cultures and destinations with her family. Rebecca also volunteers with her kids and likes interior design.
